HERITAGE

1955

The year the first Nixie tube was introduced by the Haydu Brothers for Burroughs Corporation. It became one of the earliest glowing numeric display technologies.

30+YEARS

The period during which Nixie tubes were used in scientific instruments, early computers, test equipment, aerospace devices, and high-precision measurement tools.

The number of factories producing original Nixie tubes today. Production stopped decades ago, turning every remaining tube into a rare piece of engineering history.

Vladislav's passion for watches began in his teenage years, when a gift from his father sparked a deep interest in craftsmanship and timeless design. Since then, he has been fascinated by how objects can carry emotion, history, and personality.

At UWO, Vladislav leads the technical side of the project — electronics, power management, and the complex engineering that allows vintage Nixie tubes to function reliably in a compact, wearable form.

Denys has always been driven by the idea that great products begin with great design. His passion lies in creating objects that blend aesthetics with functionality and emotion.

At UWO, Denys shapes the visual identity and user experience of the watch — from the overall form to the smallest design details. His goal is to ensure that every UWO watch feels as good as it looks.
